One Mail Instructions
If you setup your Business First account using your @ius.edu email address, you will need to update the address to your @iu.edu email address before December 31, 2025. Please use the following instructions to update your account:
1. Visit your account user profile and choose the "Update email" option under “Account.”
2. Enter your @iu.edu email address in the New Email and then press Save.
3. You will be asked to sign into your account with the old email address first to then update to the new email address.
Note that it can take up to a full 24 hours for your information to update across all systems.
