Center for Cultural Resources: Travel Grant

The Center for Cultural Resources (CCR) at Indiana University Southeast is designated as an integral part of the IU Southeast Curriculum Materials Center for Education students, area teachers, and others involved in diversity education.

Center for Cultural Resources Travel Grant

The intent of the Center for Cultural Resources Travel Grant is to assist an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled at Indiana University Southeast in a cultural experience that involves direct personal interactions within another culture (e.g. homestay, teaching, conference attendance and/or presentation) beyond those of a guided tour.  All majors are welcome to apply.  Stronger consideration may be given to applicants pursuing education-related careers and those graduate students who have received his or her bachelor’s degree within the past two years.  The above are guidelines and not absolute restrictions.

  • The Center for Cultural Resources Board intends to award one or two grants from $250-$500.  Applications are due October 15th and March 15th.  Awards will be announced by the first Friday in November / April.
