The Department of Housing and Urban Development administers programs that provide housing and community development assistance. The Department also works to ensure fair and equal housing opportunity for all.

Provides current information on a wide range of housing subjects, including size and composition of the nation's housing inventory, vacancies, physical condition of housing units, characteristics of occupants, indicators of housing and neighborhood quality, mortgages and other housing costs, persons eligible for and beneficiaries of assisted housing, home values, and characteristics of recent movers.

Provides information specific to Indiana, including news, services available, and contact information for local HUD offices.

Provides information about HUD's homelessness assistance programs, including state and local information, data and reports available, and information for specific populations, including veterans, the LGBTQ community, children and teenagers, and more.
