Electronic Resources - Terms of Use
Access to many of the IU Southeast Library's electronic resources is governed by license agreements which restrict use to the Indiana University Southeast community (students, faculty, staff & other affiliates) and to walk-in patrons. It is the responsibility of all authorized users to use these resources only for individual, non-commercial, research or learning purposes.
Authorized users are not permitted to:
- Engage in systematic copying, downloading, or printing of licensed content or use manual or automated software, devices or other processes (including, but not limited to, web-crawlers and spiders) within licensed content.
- Transmit licensed content to any unauthorized user or use the licensed content for commercial purposes.
- Modify or create a derivative work of licensed content or remove, obscure, or modify any copyright or other notices included in the licensed content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise alter, frame, or simulate the appearance of licensed content.
NOTE: Materials designated by 
are open to the world. They are not subject to this use policy, although users must still abide by copyright law in using these resources.
